Our judges tasted 2,000 to 3,000 samples from Grand Cru, Premier Cru, and other appellations. villages across all regions and appellations. The aim is to assess the quality and style of the new vintage, allowing you to make your reservations at the best establishments as early as possible.
The "Classic" issues include all the usual sections of Bourgogne Aujourd'hui: presentations of appellations, companies, buying guides, tastings of old vintages, meetings in the heart of the vineyard, news, in-depth reports (technical, economic, historical, cultural, wine tourism), gastronomy, etc.
In a "Classic & Supplement" issue , a large section of the magazine is dedicated to vineyards outside of Burgundy. These supplements also include news, tastings, profiles of winemakers, buying guides, gastronomy, and more.
